Each SmartCover is designed with 3 dynamic layers - each serving its own unique purpose. 

The Filter is the middle layer - and perhaps the most important section of all masks. 

SmartCover filters are Spunbond Meltblown (SMS). This non-woven strategy for bonding 3 tiers of filters provides ultimate protection and eliminates any splits or gaps for pathogens to enter.

The filter's effectiveness cuts down on material density, making a very breathable experience. 

The fabric is easy to manipulate and mold into desired positions. 

The molding process creates a much more reliable strength and its easy-to-clean character increases its lifespan. 

Because of the natural ability inherent to this material, no chemical treatments or stain protectants are necessary or used. 

Unlike many filtration systems in reusable masks, the SmartCover filter is permanent and requires no removal or replacement. This creates a hassle-free experience when washing your mask and guarantees a 100% reusable mask.
